The patch titled
mca: add integrated device bus matching (update)
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
mca-add-integrated-device-bus-matching-update.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The first patch was partial. There's no way to specify attaching *only* to an
integrated function. This update allows this.
