The patch titled
     cpuidle: add rating to the governors and pick the one with highest rating 
by default
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     
cpuidle-add-rating-to-the-governors-and-pick-the-one-with-highest-rating-by-default.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
