The patch titled
use mutex instead of semaphore in Philips webcam driver
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
use-mutex-instead-of-semaphore-in-philips-webcam-driver.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
