Subject: ACPI: remove the useless ifdef code
From: Thomas Gleixner <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

The conversion of x86-64 to clock events makes the
 #ifdef CONFIG_GENERIC_CLOCKEVENTS
 n the timer broadcast functions useless. Remove it.
