has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
applesmc-switch-to-using-input-polldev.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Switch to using input-polldev skeleton instead of implementing polling loop by
itself. This also fixes problem with trylock on a mutex in atomic context.
