has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
virtualization-of-sysv-msg-queues-is-incomplete.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Virtualization of sysv msg queues is incomplete: msg_hdrs and msg_bytes
variables visible from userspace are global. Let's make them
per-namespace.
