     time: timer cleanups
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     timer-cleanups.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Small cleanups to tick-related code. Wrong preempt count is followed
by BUG(), so it is hardly KERN_WARNING.
