The patch titled
     kernel/module.c: make_driver_name() can use kasrpintf()
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     kernel-modulec-make_driver_name-can-use-kasrpintf.patch

This patch was dropped because changes in Greg's driver tree destroyed it
