The patch titled
     powerpc: don't cast a pointer to pointer of list_head
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     powerpc-dont-cast-a-pointer-to-pointer-of-list_head.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
