The patch titled
     capabilities: correct logic at capset_check
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     
capabilities-introduce-per-process-capability-bounding-set-capabilities-correct-logic-at-capset_check.patch

This patch was dropped because it was folded into 
capabilities-introduce-per-process-capability-bounding-set.patch

The current -mm tree may be found at http://userweb.kernel.org/~akpm/mmotm/
