The patch titled
rfcomm tty: destroy before tty_close()
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
rfcomm-tty-destroy-before-tty_close.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

rfcomm dev could be deleted in tty_hangup, so we must not call
rfcomm_dev_del again to prevent from destroying rfcomm dev before tty
close.
