Subject: docs: kernel-locking: Convert semaphore references
From: Daniel Walker <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
I converted some of the document to reflect mutex usage instead of
semaphore usage. Since we shouldin't be promoting semaphore usage when
it's on it's way out..
