The patch titled
IGET: Use ino_t consistently for vxfs_iget() and its declaration
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
iget-stop-freevxfs-from-using-iget-and-read_inode-fix.patch
This patch was dropped because it was folded into
iget-stop-freevxfs-from-using-iget-and-read_inode.patch
