The patch titled
     Memory controller: accounting setup
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     memory-controller-accounting-setup-v7.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

Basic setup routines, the mm_struct has a pointer to the cgroup that
it belongs to and the the page has a page_cgroup associated with it.
