The patch titled
per-zone and reclaim enhancements for memory controller: calculate the
number of pages to be scanned per cgroup
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
per-zone-and-reclaim-enhancements-for-memory-controller-take-3-calculate-the-number-of-pages-to-be-scanned-per-cgroup.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree
