The patch titled
namespaces: add the NAMESPACES config option
has been removed from the -mm tree. Its filename was
add-the-namespaces-config-option.patch
This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

The option is selectable if EMBEDDED is chosen only. When the EMBEDDED is off
namespaces will be on.
