Subject: drivers/block/viodasd.c: Use FIELD_SIZEOF
From: Julia Lawall <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
Robert P.J. Day proposed to use the macro FIELD_SIZEOF in replace of code
that matches its definition.
The modification was made using the following semantic patch
