- one-less-parameter-to-__d_path.patch removed from -mm tree

The patch titled
     One less parameter to __d_path
has been removed from the -mm tree.  Its filename was
     one-less-parameter-to-__d_path.patch

This patch was dropped because it was merged into mainline or a subsystem tree

All callers to __d_path pass the dentry and vfsmount of a struct path to
__d_path.  Pass the struct path directly, instead.
