The patch titled
     fbdev: use DIV_ROUND_UP or roundup
has been added to the -mm tree.  Its filename is
     fbdev-use-div_round_up-or-roundup.patch

The kernel.h macro DIV_ROUND_UP performs the computation (((n) + (d) - 1) /
(d)) but is perhaps more readable.
