Human
Resource – Personnel Service Supervisor (HR-PS)
Responsible to plan, arrange, implement, and
control all activities related to HR functions in a factory, such as SAP Data
monitoring, Employee Turnover Ratio Analysis, Monthly Process Payroll, and
handle operational problems related to personnel services in plant. Handle all
common employees’ related problem, either bipartite or tripartite. Maintain good
relationship (formal & informal) with all employees, Labor Union, and top
management.
2.
Welding
Supervisor (W-S)
Responsible to plan, arrange, implement, and
control all activities related to car production, especially in welding
department. Maintain good teamwork in order to determine and control production
plan.
3.
Painting
Supervisor (P-S)
Responsible to plan, arrange, implement, and
control all activities related to car production, especially in painting
department. Maintain good teamwork in order to determine and control production
plan.
4.
Quality
Supervisor (QC-S)
Responsible to plan, arrange, implement, and
control all activities related to car production, especially in Quality Control
department. Maintain good teamwork in order to determine and control production
plan
5.
Maintenance
Supervisor (M-S)
Responsible to plan, arrange, implement, and
control all activities related to car production, especially in maintenance
department. Maintain good teamwork in order to determine and control production
plan.
6.
Engineering
Supervisor (PE-S)
Responsible to plan, arrange, implement, and
control all activities related to car production, especially in engineering
department. Maintain good teamwork in order to determine and control production
plan.
7.
Production
Control Supervisor (PCD-S)
Responsible to plan, arrange, implement, and
control all activities related to car production, especially in Production
Control division. Maintain good teamwork in order to determine and control
production plan.
8.
Production
Supervisor (Pro-S)
Responsible to plan, arrange, implement, and
control all activities related to car production, especially in production
department. Maintain good teamwork in order to determine and control production
plan.
9.
Logistic
Supervisor (Pro-S)
Responsible to plan, arrange, implement, and
control all activities related to car production, especially in Logistic
department. Maintain good teamwork in order to determine and control production
plan.
Qualifications
- Majoring in Psychology, Law, Social &
Political, or Administration (1), Industrial Eng (2-9), Electrical
Eng. (2-9), & Mechanical
Eng. (2-9).
- Minimum GPA 2,9 (scale of
4).
- Good in English (oral &
written).
- Ready to be placed in plant /
factory.
- Good leadership & communication skill
(proven).
- Have knowledge about process of mass car
production would be an advantage.
