I need your advice and second opinion if a private company from abroad
would like to establish a business in Indonesia. Here the following
area questions :
1) How long it takes to register a company in Indonesia? What are
the major requirements they have to complete?
2) Do they have to complete the company registration in Indonesia
before they can make offer to their potential candidate?
3) Other than the tax for the employee�s salary, what other taxes
they need to take care? How much is the tax for the employee�s salary?
4) What is the typical coverage of insurance and medical for the
employee? How much is the premium per month?
