Northern Institute of Technology (NIT) offers in cooperation with the Koerber-Foundation in Hamburg attractive full scholarships for a two-year double degree Master's program starting in fall 2005 to Engineering graduates from Indonesia and Sri Lanka

For those students who want to go beyond engineering with the ambition for a leadership position, NIT and Technical University Hamburg-Harburg (TUHH) offer together a combined MSc plus MBA Program with English as the language of instruction.

The NIT is closely linked and fully sponsored by global companies like Airbus, DaimlerChrysler, Koerber, Siemens, ThyssenKrupp, and many other enterprises. Students will be able to do an industrial internship in cooperation with a company. This cooperation does not only offer challenging career choices but also, due to the donation of the Koerber-Foundation, the opportunity for a full two-year scholarship.

The program is suited for outstanding individuals with a proven track record of both academic and personal achievements. Application requirements: willingness to support the home country's development after the study, very good bachelor's degree in engineering (minimum GPA 3.0, preferable in environmental, communications, or chemical engineering), very good English language skills (TOEFL 600/250 expected), letters of recommendation, strong interest in management etc. Maximum age when apply: 30 years.

Students are offered scholarships covering all tuition and fees (24,000 EURO) and two-year free accommodation on campus in Hamburg-Harburg. In addition to that an extra allowance (350 EURO per month for two years) to cover the remaining cost of living and health insurance in Germany is available.

The study program starts end of August with an intensive German course at the Goethe-Institut in Germany. Application deadline is end of May 2005.
