NGTP is a management trainee program to develop future leaders in Coca-Cola
Bottling Indonesia. It is a structured program to equip trainees with
management, leadership and technical competencies within a time frame of 12
months. Further, it consists of in-class training, on the job training and
project assignments that must be completed by the end of the program.

riteria:
· Single
· Indonesian citizen
· Not older than 26 years old
· Freshly graduated, or maximum of 2 years work experience
· Hold a Bachelor's (S1) / Master's Degree (S2) from a reputable
university
· Minimum GPA 3.0
· Possess good command of oral & written English & Bahasa Indonesia
· Possess sound Interpersonal Skills/Soft Skills
· Active in Extra-curricular activities (student
organization/club/sports, etc.)
· Willing to travel, mobile, and ready for assignment in any unit
operations
· Have strong leadership
· Possess problem solving skills and the spirit to work in a team
· In good health condition
