Sah-sah aja sih p Agus. Seingatku beasiswa tersebut bertujuan untuk calon mahasiswa yang CERDAS DAN TIDAK MAMPU. Nah, syarat TIDAK MAMPU nya ini harus dibuktikan dengan surat miskin dari rt / rw/ lurah. Tentunya tidak ada dokumen lain yang dapat memberikan keterangan miskin selain dari rt/rw/lurah.
Saya udah sering dengar syarat tersebut unrtuk beasiswa dalam negeri. Kalo ke luar negeri emang tidak dibutuhkan, karena syaratnya harus CERDAS terlepas apaka mampu atau tidak mampu.
