Mas and Mbak yth,
pengalaman ini pahit buat saya, yg WNI asli. Gimana nggak,menyaksikan ada seorang CS di Konjen RI di Houston US, yg melayani customernya (bukan WNI) dg gak friendly,dan seenaknya sendiri.Ini kah cerminan seluruh rakyat Indonesia?(mungkin itu yg dirasakan si customer) tentu saja ini bukan urusan saya. Tapi gimana ya kok orang spt si CS tadi bisa di"hire"untuk jadi seorang FRONTLINER di LN? mungkin mas2 and mbak2 sekalian bisa kasih masukan tuk masa yad buat Deplu ato lembaga lainnya..atau kita biarkan saja seperti itu? meski mugkin bukan urusan kita,tapi sepertinya ini bisa menyangkut NAMA BANGSA INDONESIA yang kita cintai bersama..
