MARKETING RESEARCH ASSISSTANT
PT. Petrokimia Nusantara Interindo established in 1993, The Company
specialized in produce Polyethylene in Merak, Cilegon. PT.PENI is the first
Polyethylene plant in Indonesia. This is a strategic industry for Indonesia.
DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the MARKETING & RESEARCH Manager, the incumbent will
responsible to market research and understand market structure in polymer,
chemical or petrochemical industry, effective cost and best working safety
standard. The job holder will be placed in Jakarta.
The successful candidate would be selected on the basis of the following
qualifications:
* S1 degree or S2 preferable (Major in Marketing, Chemical Eng. Or
Statistic)
* Has a minimum of 3 years in data analysis, research study (related
industry) and data base management.
* Understand Market structure in polymer, chemical or petrochemical
industry.
* Marketing or research knowledge in related industry.
* Experience as Sales & Marketing in plastic, chemical industry
preferable.
* Strong analytical, report writing and presentation skill.
* Business knowledge and understanding in polymer/petrochemical
industry.
* Computer skill literate (MS. Office, Power Point, Excell).
* Effective interpersonal relationship skill and commercial awareness.
* Good communication and English skill at business level.
* A dynamic personality, able to work with people at all level in
organization.
* Familiar with International Standard ( ANSI/ASME/API/etc).

We are looking for Contract Admin / Contract Engineer candidate for ConocoPhillips Indonesia.

Main Responsibilities :
- Proactive involvement in all aspects of contracts administration from the planning phase, through the bidding phase, execution and close-out associated with major offshore development projects. The incumbent will have a lead role in the overall process and the timely execution of the work.
- Ensure that Contracts function is performed efficiently and cost effectively
- Ensure that the Contract business is conducted ethically and in line with good business practice
- Proactively interact with the project team to ensure that a good workin g knowledge of prevailing activities and events is maintained
Qualifications Required :
- The candidate has extensive experience in the preparation and administration of major contract documents. Has proven track record in this area with minimum of 10 total years relevant experience of which at least 5 years should have been in project implementation in the oil & gas industry or appropriate industry.
- Fully familiar with the requirements of Keppres 18/2000, SK-077, BP077 Rev III and BP0997 and the 2004 revisions 007/PTK/VI/2004
- Experience in managing AFEs, budgets, schedules, cost accounting and administrating contracts.
- Degree qualified; engineering- or business-related.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong capability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, at all organizational levels, internally and externally, including with governmental and regulatory bodies. Proven negotiation skills.
