What's new at Car Talk Plaza? Recalls-- and LOTS of them, that's what. Turns out, the Ides of March isn't exactly a great time to be either a car manufacturer or emperor of Rome. Honda, Porsche, Ford, Mercury and Nissan all announced major safety recalls involving many millions of cars. Then, there's that pesky little federal investigation of Toyota and Ford, as well.
