It wouldn't be a problem if Mnemosyne had an "undo last grade" command
like in Anki. If you're using your deck and Mnemosyne properly, 4
should be the most common grade you choose, so it makes sense that it
be the default.
If you assign it 0 by mistake, then even if you correctly mark it
later, you're still adding noise to the learning model.

Is there an undo feature already? I'm using a recent-ish 1.1 build and
couldn't find one.
