Hello everyone, I was wondering if any of you are aware of any studies published in academic journals which track the effectiveness of using spaced repetition to memorize Chinese characters. I know that this is a popular use of this sort of software- heck, on the Mnemosyne website itself, nearly 30% of language-related cards are under the Chinese and Japanese categories- but I have not yet found any published studies on the subject.
I'll likely write more about this in the future, but to give some quick background: I'm a senior undergraduate studying Linguistics and Cognitive Science at Cornell University, and for my thesis project, I plan to do an experimental intervention which would seek to measure any such effect. Any information would be appreciated :) Best, Bill --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "mnemosyne-proj-users" group.
