Hey guys this is Nick again in Japan. I borrowed my students computer
and tried to fix the software problem by changing their Windows screen
name to latin based letters but still a no go. You guys mentioned
before that I should try opening the software using the word pad. I
guess I don't understand what you mean by opening it using word pad.
Thanks again guys for going above and beyond and helping me and my
students on the other side of the world! Let me know what you mean by
the word and any other suggestions. Thanks guys!
