Not a lot I would say. The only rationale behind the prioritised ordering is that if you don't have enough time to go through all of your scheduled cards, then you only spend time on those that are most urgent. If you find this does not introduce enough randomness in your cards, and that you are able to guess cards from those you just saw, then it's better to use this plugin.
