This is a 'beauty wart': when a card has never been seen before (which you can see because 'repetitions' is 0 or 1), it can have a bogus value for this quantity.
This does not affect the scheduling in any way. That this card does not show up can have different reasons: either it is in an active category, or the vice-versa of the card was scheduled for today.
