I had Mnemosyne running on my laptop fine for some time. Had a file
for the database but moved it now can't start Mnemosyne. It starts up
says "Didn't shut down properly" blah blah click Continue, then says
it can't create the .tmp file and won't start the program. There is
no .config files in my mnemosyne folder; so not sure how to get this
to work. No temp files get created either.
