Yes, in 1.1.1, which fixed an important bug related to grading that was present in 1.1. If the current behaviour is a big problem for you, you could try out mnemosyne-1.2.1-kasim.tgz from users.ugent.be/~pbienst/pub, where I've removed the hidden limit and fixed the 'grade 0 cards' = 0 bug you reported. I'm not sure about releasing this as a new version yet, as I'm uncomfortable with making big scheduler changes in the 1.x series.
