For future/anyone else's reference...

After some searching, I decided to do the following:

    * run "python setup.py install --record install.log"
          o for version 1.0.1.1 and 1.1
    * do "rm -rf `cat install.log`" for both install.log files
    * ran "sudo find / -iname "*mnemosyne*" | less"
          o read it & remove any remaining (empty directories)
    * remove the mnemosyne setup files/folders
    * remove dependencies installed specifically for mnemosyne

I hope I got everything (and that the install didn't edit/replace any
existing files).  Thanks for your help, Peter.
