Perhaps more interesting for me would be a mobile version of some kind. I don't have an iPhone/iPod Touch, but I might get one in the future. I'm considering getting one solely for the purpose of studying vocab on the train/go. Or maybe an old Plam/some other device which can run Mneosyne. You mentioned you've got it going for Windows Mobile?
Obviously it needs to run Python, support Qt etc. ... (a normal) iPhone doesn't but it may be possible to write a mobile-friendly web client, or an iPhone client etc. which doesn't really help for studying on the train though....
