In 2.0, this is integrated in the main program, no need for a plugin.

2.0 will create these categories automatically.

By default, you only hold 5 grade 0 cards in your hand at any time, so it's 
logical that they show up after 2 or 3 cards. If you want more spread, 
increase that value in the Configuration screen.

Sometimes it can also happen that you see the same card twice in succession. 
That issue is fixed in the upcoming 2.0 release.
