Hi Peter, We don't seem to get spam like this on the Anki list. Perhaps it's because you've listed the Mnemosyne group as a public group, so it's easy to find in the groups directory. If you make it private, people can still access the page when it's linked from your site, but spammers won't find it when browsing the list of available groups.
