Export to xml, choose 'reset learning data', start a new database, and then 
import the xml file.

It means that you finished reviewing all the cards that were scheduled for long 
term review, or that there we no such cards.

As for knowing how many previously memorised cards you need to review, that is 
what the 'scheduled' counter is for. As for how many new cards you want to 
learn each day, that is entirely up to you. I wouldn't do to many at once, 
though.
