As a Linux user, I can't, actually. So this program is a combination text-to-audio and audio player? Doesn't sound very useful to me - the simple things it likely knows how to pronounce are the ones you don't need pronounced - but I'm sure you have a good use-case. However, if you want support I think you'll have to code up a plugin yourself. This is an old, Windows-only, for-fee, proprietary software package; Mnemosyne is a free, Free, cross-platform package.
