Well, I can try. I'm still not that great at the tech stuff. To uninstall - is that where I go to control panel and remove mnemosyne? Then, do I go to the website and download the latest version? Which is.....? How do I make sure I don't lose my cards? Sorry, to ask such basic questions, but I don't do that often enough to remember all the steps. Thanks. Karen
