No, there has been no mistake regarding the plugin's functionality.
It simply does not shuffle the cards whatsoever.  I can tell no
shuffling takes place because I have 4000 cards in my Mnemosyne file,
averaging about 150-250 repetitions a day, and I still see the same
items in the same order.  I am also sure it is not an issue of me just
thinking that they are in the same order when they are actually
shuffled.  I have zero items in the "not learned" section.
