Indeed, I have the same version and filename, and can't replicate the problem with Mnemosyne in Vista. You could check that, again, the right DLL is being used... if you have Process Explorer (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653.aspx) you can press Ctrl-D to show DLLs loaded by programs, then open Mnemosyne and select it in Process Explorer's top pane... the loaded DLLs will show in the bottom pane, including qt-mt334.dll.
