There used to be a hidden limit on grade 1 cards in 1.2.1. Try 1.2.2 from http://users.ugent.be/~pbienst/pub/
Note, for 2.0, their will be a limit on the sum of grade 0 and grade 1, not just on the grade 0 cards, as some people shoot themselves in the foot with a huge number of grade 1 cards.
