I have no experience with Windows 7, but it should be the .mnemosyne directory 
(mind the dot) in the directory where Python expands the home directory ("~" 
under Linux).

Under XP, it's C:\Documents and settings\Anthony\.mnemosyne

A disk search should also reveal it.
