Mnemogogo is a plugin for doing Mnemosyne reviews on mobile devices:

Unfortunately, there is not yet a (Mnemogogo) client for Android
phones. I am convinced that the existing library would be easy to
adapt, but one would have to write the user interface. I'm willing to
assist.

There is, however, a client, called Mnemojojo (same link as above) for
Java-enabled (J2ME) phones, of which there are many, for instance:
