I did not write the SM import myself, so I don't know how good it is. There have been some reports of problems in the past if your cards contain html formatting though. Yes, but not recommended. Certainly for 2.0, the recommended paradigm is to have all your cards in a single database, and then activate/ deactivate cards if you only want to study a certain subset.
