I've been using Mnemosyne since before it came out in 2006 :-) It's mainly vocabulary (some Arabic, some sumerian, ...), and now I have about 100 reps a day. There was a time (last year I guess) where I hit about 180 reps a day, but I've since then stopped adding a lot of new material to it. (I'm too busy to work on Mnemosyne 2.0 to study new stuff at this stage, anyway :-) ) The oldest cards are scheduled a couple of hundred days into the future.
