Hi,

I've been working on extending the openSM2sync protocol to make it possible to
use as many devices as you want.

However, as expected, this unexpectedly turned out to be a lot more tricky
than I originally thought, once you get to the nitty gritty of actually trying
to implement this.

Therefore, I've decided to relax my requirements a bit, and step away from
allowing cycles in your syncing process. This means that you can have both a
laptop and a phone which each sync to your desktop machine, but you are not
allowed to sync your phone to your laptop directly. Similarly, in the above
scenario it's OK to add a fourth machine, like a server in the cloud which you
sync with your desktop, but you will not be allowed to sync your phone
directly to the website as well.

Starting next week, I'll be travelling for about two weeks, and after that
I'll finish this work. Once that's done, the only non-trivial piece of sync
work is the conflict resolution.

Slowly getting there,

Peter
