As mentioned in that thread, the -1 is just a 'beauty wart' and does not affect your scheduling. All the stuff you imported should show up eventually. You probably need to memorise other stuff first before you come to these second set of cards.
If you don't want to memorise new cards in the order they were added, there is an option to change this in the configuration screen.
